When will my order ship?
Because every item is printed specifically for you, it typically takes 2 to 7 business days for your order to be made and sent out.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard Shipping: Most US orders arrive within 7–19 business days (2–7 days production + 5–12 days shipping). Tracking may take up to 5 business days to update after your order ships. International orders typically arrive within 12–32 business days (tracking may take up to 7 days to update).
- Express Shipping (US Only): Aims for delivery 2 to 3 business days after your item has been produced. (Available for the lower 48 states; Alaska and Hawaii are Standard only.)
International Orders
International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. Ink and Owl is not responsible for these fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days or your package appears lost, please email us at inkowlstore@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
