Returns & Order Policies

At Ink and Owl, each piece is custom-crafted specifically for you when you order. Because items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or changes of mind. Please check the sizing guide on the product page before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund—no need to ship the item back.

Timeline: Report within 30 days of delivery.
How to Claim: Submit email to inquiries@inkandowl.store with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Cancellations & Modifications

Production begins quickly after an order is placed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, email us immediately at inquiries@inkandowl.store. Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations can no longer be made.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package is lost in transit (and your shipping address was entered correctly), contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for a free replacement.

Shipping Policy

Special Shipping: This item is made just for you and will ship out within 5 business days.
Most U.S. orders arrive in about 10 days, and international can take up to 3 weeks.
You'll get tracking as soon as it's on the way.
