At Ink and Owl, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because our apparel is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for buyer's remorse or if you ordered the wrong size. We highly recommend reviewing the sizing charts linked on each product page before completing your purchase.

However, your satisfaction is our priority! If there is an issue with the quality of your item, we are here to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or if the print quality is poor, please let us know. We offer a free replacement or a full refund for defective items.

To resolve the issue:

Fill out contact form on homepage within 30 days of the product delivery date.
Include your order number and a clear photograph showing the defect or issue.
We will review the issue and issue a replacement or refund immediately—no need to ship the defective item back to us!

Order Cancellations or Modifications

Because our products are sent to production shortly after your order is placed, we have a very limited window to make changes or cancel an order. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at [Insert Support Email]. Once the order has entered the production process, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Lost in Transit

If your package is lost in transit and the shipping address you provided was correct, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can arrange a free replacement.
